MIPS: The Ledge MIPS helmet features the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System, which consists of three main components - the interior foam liner, the Low Friction Liner, and an elastomeric attachment system between them. In an angled impact, the elastomeric attachment system stretches to allow the foam liner to rotate independently around your head, with the goal of further reducing rotational forces.

HARD SHELL CONSTRUCTION: A rugged outer shell is molded and then attached to the EPS foam liner, producing great helmets at great value.

STACK VENT TECHNOLOGY: Our Stack Vent was developed based on research showing that the majority of warm air that can cause fogging comes from the goggle's center top vent. Aligning the Stack Vent in the helmet with the center vent of the goggle helps keep it clear and fog-free.

AUTO LOC 2 FIT SYSTEM: The removable Auto Loc 2 Fit System is a durable self-adjusting fit system designed to take the hassle out of fitting a helmet. A supple elastic fit band at the back of the helmet merges with fixed-position straps, which adjust to cradle your head when you set the system to one of the 3 different circumference settings. The new On-the-fly Vertical Tuning feature helps to dial in your fit and goggle set up without removing your helmet.

UNISEX: This helmet is designed for both men and women.

REMOVABLE GOGGLE RETAINER: The Ledge Mips is super modifiable with a removable goggle retainer.

REMOVABLE EARPADS: The Ledge Mips also features removable earpads.

SEAMLESS COMPATIBILITY: Giro products have been meticulously designed and tested to work together. We've fine-tuned the pairings of our helmets and goggles using exhaustive testing in our Dome R&D center and translating those findings into the perfect Seamless Compatibility fit.
